Fully documenting our processes within an ISO 9001:2015 environment, the quality management program is developed to assure continual customer satisfaction by providing quality products in a timely manner. We will perform all activities in a manner which meets or exceeds the expectation of our customers as well as other applicable requirements. Gannon & Gresham Manufacturing Inc. will always strive to improve upon our policies and application to better satisfy the customer. Beginning with the estimating process through to the shipment process and beyond. Our Quality Program is planned to process control from the requirements of a customer order. This would include procurment practices, receipt of material, receipt inspection of supplier material, handling and storage to the eventual shipment of an article to our customer and any required documentation. Part integrity is verified during the complete process.
